Diese Unterstützung kommt jedoch nicht allen Flüchtenden zugute - im Gegenteil. Einem Großteil von ihnen wird staatlich organisiert die Einreise teils gewaltvoll verwehrt oder sie werden rechtswidrig zurückged rängt. Um auch diese Seite der EUropäischen Migrations- und Asylpolitik zu beleuchten und die Situation der Menschen auf der Flucht nicht in Verge ssenheit geraten zu lassen\, organisieren der Sächsische Flüchtlingsrat\ , Rigardu e.V. und die Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Sachsen diese Veranstaltung \, um Aufmerksamkeit auf die Lebensrealitäten von Menschen auf der Flucht im westlichen Balkan zu lenken. \nDie Veranstaltung wird eröffnet durch vier Impulsvorträge.\n\n Betroffenen-Perspektive: Eine Person\, die selb er über den westlichen Balkan geflohen ist\, spricht über ihre Erfahrung en.\n Schilderung der Lage in Nord-Serbien: Alexander Grau\, der Ende verg angenen Jahres mehrere Monate mit Collective Aid* in Serbien tätig war\, spricht über die Situation entlang des nord-serbischen Grenzgebiets und d er zunehmenden Gewalt gegenüber People on the Move in der Region.\n Analy se der Entwicklung von Push-Backs und Status Quo: Milena Zajović\, Präsi dentin von Are You Syrious (AYS)* und Leiterin des Advocacy-Teams des Bord er Violence Monitoring Networks (BVMN)* widmet sich in ihrem Vortrag einer tiefgründigen Analyse der Entwicklung von Push-Backs im westlichen Balka n und erläutert den aktuellen Zustand.\n Fall Madina Hussiny und rechtlic he Möglichkeiten bei Push-Backs: Antonia Pindulić\, Rechtsberaterin beim Centre for Peace Studies Zagreb (CPS)* gibt Einblicke in den Fall Madina Hussiny und wie der Praxis von Push-Backs auf rechtlicher Ebene begegnet w erden kann.\n\nDen Impulsanträgen schließt sich eine moderierte Diskussi on unter Einbeziehung von Fragen aus dem Publikum an.\nDie Veranstaltung w ird auf Englisch abgehalten und ins Deutsche übersetzt.
